Natural Gas burner

A burner is simply defined as a burner installed in a heating furnace. Currently, the commonly used burners in furnaces are low-pressure high-speed burners or sub-high-speed burners. The characteristics of high-speed burners are that the outlet velocity of the burner combustion gas can reach more than 100 meters per second, and the combustion air is used to reduce the outlet combustion gas temperature to a temperature close to the heating temperature of the workpiece. High-speed burners use their high-speed hot air to promote air circulation in the furnace, even the furnace temperature, reduce the temperature difference between the flame and the workpiece, and effectively improve the thermal utilization rate of the furnace.

Natural gas burner, energy saving and environmental protection, high speed and high efficiency, stable combustion flame, no tempering and flameout phenomenon, adjustable ratio up to 1:10, flue gas emission up to standard, suitable for trolley furnace, bell furnace, forging heating furnace, walking furnace, steel plate heat treatment furnace, shell baking furnace, hot air furnace, aluminum melting furnace and other types of furnaces, conventional models are 50kw, 90KW, 150kw, 230kw, 320kw, 450kw, 630kw, 1000kw can be customized according to the customer’s furnace conditions, provide burner installation technical support and system design.

Burner features: modular design and production, simple structure, simple maintenance, easy operation, air and gas are initially mixed inside the burner, so that the gas burns fully, the flame is stable, and there is no backfire or flameout.

The main components of the burner are: burner shell, combustion tube, gas cap, air cyclone sheet, ignition electrode detection electrode, fire viewing mirror, etc.
