Coal Gas Burner

Coal gas burners are burners configured for burning gas, also known as burners or flame nozzles. They are mainly used for coal-to-gas production produced by gasifiers.
Coal gas burners are divided into three types: long flame, short flame and flameless burners according to the flame conditions of the mixture of gas and air in the burner.
Generally, a ring tube structure is adopted, with the inner hole being the gas cylinder and the outer periphery being the air duct. The burner is composed of a variety of materials. In order to cope with the harm of high-temperature combustion to the burner, high-temperature resistant measures are generally taken and heat-resistant materials are used for processing.
At present, most of the rotary kiln burners used are multi-channel mixed gas burners, which are composed of pipelines, nozzles, metal corrugated compensators, butterfly valves, pressure measuring instruments and protective layers.
Burning in the burner, automatic ignition, easy to ignite and flammable, no flameout, no flameout.
Valve control, full combustion, fast speed, fast heating speed.
No open flame, no high calorific value fuel, no high-cost stable gas is required.
